TERRIBLE/ RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICEI don’t like to write bad reviews but could not let these instances go:First instance got a wrap was asked if I wanted tomato’s on my wrap I said no but would like cucumbers (they are already slices and sitting their like how it is at a sub place) older lady said no and refused I wasn’t asking for extra of anything literally all she had to do was use the tongs that she was going to grab tomato’s with to grab cucumbers instead. That left a bad taste in my mouth especially since that wrap size wasn’t large or begin with.Second instance a few months later got the rice and potatoes with chicken gave me a fork and knife went to sit down at a table My daughter wanted to share with me and I said I would have to go find a spoon somewhere (cause I know how stingy they were) my daughter wanted to help said no mom let me go ask she went and asked for a spoon and the lady working this time said they don’t sell spoons and did not give her one. That was the nail in the coffin saying for me saying no to a 8 year old girl asking for a plastic spoon.Never again. Worse customer service. Very terrible and very disappointed. I can deal with their small portion sizes but not bad/rude service

The service attitude at this restaurant is very poor. My experience here was terrible. Just a heads up, be cautious when choosing to dine here.

The food lacked flavor, especially the tzatziki which was too watery and tasteless. The customer service from the person at the counter was friendly, which is the only reason for the slightly higher rating.

Sub par Greek food for a premium price. 16$ for a little tiny gyro wrap on a stale cold pita with a worthless side of potatoes. Save yourselves from still feeling hungry after this meal and go down the street to Sakis.

I am uncertain if there has been a change in ownership, but this restaurant's quality has declined. My son became ill after eating here some time ago. When I ordered through Uber, not only was my order incorrect, but the chicken was extremely dry, leading me to believe it was several days old. Today, we ordered two dinners and a salad. The food was decent, but the dressing was watered down, resembling a mixture of oil and vinegar. I typically purchase this dish for the dressing, so I was disappointed. Additionally, the tzatziki sauce had a consistency similar to drinkable yogurt, making me wonder if they are diluting it to save money or if the new owner is struggling to replicate the original recipe. I recommend they try the dressing and tzatziki at Jimmy the Greek in Mapleview Mall to learn how it should look and taste.
