Przekaż informację zwrotnąWas excited to take my friend here for her birthday. The decor and mood is lovely. Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the food. Some of the items say “to share” but they really aren’t to share. For the of the meal it was disappointing. I ordered the duck rigatoni. It was nothing special or jaw dropping. Other friends had the burger and the duck again good but nothing amazing.
Would I go again: definitelyFood, service setting was great. Focaccia to start. Lobster pasta, beef short rib crispy Brussel sprouts as the main show. It’s a pretty place to be especially being at the Pearle by the water.
This was our first time at Isabelle and it was not a good experience. We booked on line (obviously) for 7:30. Were 10 minutes late because of a difficult parking situation. Upon arrival, our greeter at the entrance said we would need to wait for our table. Waited 20 minutes at the entrance. Finally, she lead us to a table for 6. (we were 2). We commented that if she needed to seat another couple with us that she could (the place was packed). She said That 's fine and smiled. 10 minutes later, after we had ordered our wine, our greeter returned and asked if we would move to another table. She said that our table for 6 had been booked by a group with the same last name (Very doubtful). We moved and asked for our wine to be comped. Our greeter didn 't bother to communicate our request to our waiters. (There were 3). Then the noise-undoubtedly the noisiest venue we have ever visited. Incredibly loud house music, pounding, excessive-and then people screaming. It was impossible to talk and I couldn 't hear the waiter. The food was very good. Will we return.? Not unless a manager reads this reviews and offers to make us feel better about dining at Isabelle.
The food was drop dead delicious. Our server, Jim, was outstanding. The noise level was a little too loud. it was difficult to hear each other. We will e returning...sooner than later.
I had the best experience at this restaurant the other night, and it was my first time here for a little girl’s get together. The decor and layout is stunning and very comforting. Michael was our lovely server and was incredibly accommodating and supportive to our table, helping us navigate the menu with allergen concerns and even helping me put my jacket on at the end (thank you <3). Mitch was a wonderful chef and even came out to discuss our dishes with us, he made us a delicious dinner and made our night exceptional. Overall these two deserve a raise of some sort for dealing with us so well and I will be back as soon as I can be!!
