Denny's - Burlington

Wow! Last night, we drove to Denny's and arrived shortly before they closed. We were hesitant to enter because we didn't want to make the employees work longer. However, the manager noticed our hesitation and came out to welcome us, reassuring us that we were very welcome and that the timing was perfect. Despite the late hour, all the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They even gave my daughter a complimentary small pizza with tomato and hash browns, as she wasn't feeling well and hadn't ordered anything. Throughout our stay, they did many small things to show their appreciation and make us feel welcome. It has been a long time since we received such amazing treatment from a chain restaurant. The service felt more like what you would expect from a high-end restaurant. We are very pleased with our choice to visit this location. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food quality was fantastic and we were seated promptly with minimal waiting time. Our waitress, Cassandra, was absolutely amazing! She made sure we had a great experience with her bubbly personality and ensured that everything met our expectations in terms of food and drinks. The menu was extensive and had great recommendations for those who couldn't decide. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and requesting Cassandra as your server. We will definitely be returning as regular customers!

Denny's will always hold a special place in my heart as the first restaurant I dined at in Canada. It was my childhood friend and his family who introduced me to this place. I ordered the "All American" breakfast which included toast and scrambled eggs. I also had pancakes which were delicious. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was exceptional. The waitstaff were friendly, polite, and even interacted with the children. They even provided them with coloring sheets and crayons to keep them entertained while waiting. I will definitely be returning to Denny's in the future.

Came today with family and my children, we were really hungry. the waitress was very friendly, she offered to overtake my child order quickly to help them stay calm, which I appreciated. my coffee cup was never empty and I was even supported by other waitresses to make sure we had coffee at any time. it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff. I was here about a month ago and what a change! the personal has improved significantly and I look forward to seeing how this restaurant will be. the environment is very pleasant and the price is right! I even placed an order on the main menu, and I was allowed to do this, which helped me save a little. dinner for the whole family for under $60. You can't beat that. we look forward to next Saturday!

Had an amazing experience at this location. The food was really tasty and table were pretty clean. Excellent service provided by Rohan. I will highly recommend the mozzarella cheese stick.
