Boston Pizza - Burlington

We often have boston pizza tons in the summer! in sherkston there is absolutely no comparison to the burlington location! the service was amazing one of the best waitress I ever had, totally wished her name and eating was great! they were so for a big group with children who celebrate a birthday! I can't wait to go back and find out my waiter name. thanks for a great night!

We went to this restaurant for a farewell on the last day of college. I ordered the Mediterranean vegetarian linguini and it was delicious. They claimed it was spicy, but I didn't find it spicy at all. The restaurant was spacious with plenty of seating, although we did have to wait 15-20 minutes for our order. Overall, it was a good experience.

We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with extra cheese, garlic bread with ranch dipping sauce, BBQ chicken pizza on thin crust, and a plain cheese pizza. The ham and pineapple pizza had too much crust, but the garlic bread and dipping sauce were delicious. The BBQ chicken pizza was a favorite, with lots of chicken and sauce. The plain cheese pizza had too much crust and could have used more toppings. For dessert, we shared a panookie, a large chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. The panookie was a hit with my family and tasted just as we like it. I had read that the service at Boston Pizza was usually great, but unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Our waitress took our order and brought our drinks and food, but then seemed to forget about us for the rest of the meal. She did not refill our drinks or offer dessert, and we had to ask for the panookie. The restaurant was not busy, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. It seemed like she was only nice to us when she brought us the bill in hopes of getting a better tip. Overall, while the food at Boston Pizza was decent, the service was lacking. If my daughters want a panookie in the future, I will go to the Hamilton Upper James location instead of returning to this one.

The restaurant offers quick service, tasty meals, and reasonable wait times for food preparation. The staff is friendly and the overall experience was enjoyable for me and my siblings. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

The service was very good, even tho I had ordered a full rack of ribs because they were cold. They immediately replaced them and were kind enough to remove the ribs from my bill. #lovethisplace #neverbeendisappointed Our waitresses/bartender was outstanding.
