I usually do not evaluate restaurants, but this is the worst experience ever. the waitress at the bar was rude and let us wait for 45 minutes to eat and threw it on our face in a togo box and cheque and if we wanted to eat it, they told us that they can not eat, eat from a togo box inside, while we never asked them to get a togo. she even has our order wrong and dispute over it. and a thing that someone expects when they pay to eat in a restaurant is a decent gas friendship, but the waitress at the bar tonight had 0 percent of it. Nobody deserves such a treatment.

Fries cold hard and dry, huh hardly coated with dry ruby and no sauce for the pickel and no drink.

The worst customer service! They told us to wait 40 minutes and we never got a text, so we were back and they said we stopped to sit when we got it! we called the manager and he talked about why they couldn't sit down after we waited 40 minutes! this is the worst experience I've ever had! please don't waste her time here! also it was birthday of friends and she was very sad that she could not sit in her favorite restaurant! this is now her least favorite place to go! worst thing ever!

We want to eat at the buffalo wild wings for my friends sister birthday. When we arrived there, there was a 45-60 minute waiting when we left at 7:00. we put our name on the text waiting list. they never wrote us back when our table was finished. we went 90 minutes later at exactly 8:30 a.m. they said they have to stop accepting customers. they had more than they kept the table empty. they just want to show us and say that we eat in any other restaurant. we spoke the manager and did not get a table for birthday. very, very annoyed about the service they provided. every time I go, there's always a problem, but that's the worst problem still. no wonder why I never go here and I will probably never go back after this experience.

Despite being short staffed (one cook and one waitress), the food came out in 15 minutes, my drink was filled as soon as it was empty. We’ve been coming here regularly for the last 2 years and yes sometimes the service is shifty but the food is always on point. Now we drive 45 minutes to eat here and I was surprised by all the negative reviews because we had a completely different experience. Maybe sitting at the bar helps. Either way, patience is key. They are all trying their best and it shows. No complaints.
