Wendy's - Burlington

Just was there to order some food, it took them almost 2 hours to serve me.all of the employees was on there phones laughing.they had my whole meal wrong i asked for a 4 for 4 with spicy chicken nuggets witch comes with 4, i had 2.worst wendy’s ever i don’t even recommend to feed your dogs that.

I was just there..after waiting 15 minutes in drive through...I finally reached window...the employee at the window uttered no words at any time...I ordered a large Dr. Oepper and when I got home it was only colored water...very very badly managed Wendy's...

I love Wendy's. This location is in a good, open area with multiple ways to pull inside. The service is a little slow-the wait was long despite being the only customer at the time. Great for lunch

I went to Wendy's on South church street in Burlington, Nc and I ordered the bacon chicken honey sandwich breakfast meal and instead I got egg with a red spot on it and my bread had this white paste on it, I have no clue what that is. My meal was absolutely horrible and I feel like I have wasted my money.. I will not be going there ever.. horrible horrible horrible

I love Wendy's for their tasty, healthy salads, baked potatoes senior drink prices. Lots of us canNOT eat spicy seasonings for health reasons. Suggestion: Possible to put out more seasonings in packets--like Badia Sazon Tropical, dried red chili peppers for those who like it hot, creamy horseradish pump or packets, fresh herbs like cilantro or basil in refrigerated indiv. packets. Let each customer personally choose. But their drink machines, generosity smiles go a long way.Bravo! And MERRY CHRISTMAS!
