I commanded by doordash, waited forever and the driver called me to tell me that the order was canceled when they arrived, although it does not show that in the app. I called the restaurant and first they said that doordash canceled, then they said that they closed their doordash because an event went back and it came to hectic. so my question is why they confirm the order first and then not even the courtesy to cancel in the app, so that the driver would have known and I would have known it? that was my first command with them and it will be my last. very unprofessional.

Big portions! and the grain bread with the drau is...oh so good!

I ordered the Hungry man meal. Fried Catfish, fried shrimp, seafood cakes, wings and 2 sides. I didn't get to try the cakes because they were sold out but I was given extra shrimp. The wings were awesome fried, no breading and wonderful seasoning. The Catfish was fried and seasoned beautifully. The shrimp was very good as well. I really enjoyed the food. My sides were Mac n cheese and green beans. Mac n cheese has thyme in it which was a little strong for me but a flavor I think I would enjoy more if it was a delicate dose.

Let’s talk about clean, fresh and tasty food!Everything was clean. The food was fresh and tasty.All the silverware was disposable and I loved that due to Covid-19.The service was excellent. I would most rather eat in the order out here. Please believe me!

I visited Ms Nancy's restaurant two weeks in a row, 1/15/2022 and 1/22/2022 and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the food both times I ordered. I ordered turkey wing dinner both times with the first time having sides of collard greens and potato salad and the second time having sides of collard greens and macaroni and cheese. Everything is seasoned so well and tastes so good. I can't wait to try other items on the menu as I know from the flavors and seasoning of what I have ordered that everything else will be delicious as well! This is very comforting to know because I have been to other places where I have ordered food and the first time the food tasted okay, however, when I went back a second or even third time there was inconsistencies in the taste of the food, (not as good as the first time). But not so with Ms Nancy's restaurant, this place is on point. I will tell as many people as I know about this place. Not only was the food great, but the service was great too! The young ladies that help me with my order the 1st time were friendly and professional as well as was the young man that helped me with my order during my 2nd visit.
