Taco Gordo - Burlington

I was never a fan of tacos because I don't eat much meat, but the chicken tacos at Taco Gordo were amazing! The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options. The food is reasonably priced and they offer a wide selection of margaritas and drinks.

Being one of the few places in Burlington to get tacos, I feel compelled to give this restaurant a higher rating. Not only is the food phenomenal, with a wide selection of authentic Mexican dishes to choose from, but they also offer delicious alcohol-free Mexican drinks like horchata and tepache. The tacos are always fresh and served quickly. Overall, this is a great spot for a casual bite or a lovely night out when craving tacos.

The burritos are fantastic, and the homemade chips and salsa are amazing! The outdoor seating is lovely, and the atmosphere is fun (although it can get busy when picking up to-go orders). I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends!

Mad taco has been the only option for authentic tacos in vermont for years. when I visited Vermont for the first time in years, I am ecstatic to confirm that taco gordo mad taco has not only successfully disappointed, but has increased the bar with al pastor that would deceive a Mexico city native. if you love tacos, you will love tacos gordo. ps: I am sure that their burritos and other offers are also good, have not tried, I am a taco purist.

Cool little spot with a fun vibe and simple menu. Burritos were huge and amazing. Outdoor setup on a nice night is top notch!
