Shinjuku Station - Burlington

Lots of the menu is vegan options; the place explicitly caters to vegans. Not open for dine-in, it's take-out only so order ahead of time. Loved the tofu skin roll!

I just got dinner from here and yummmm! It is quite affordable at $7 a roll for 8 piece rolls. All of the vegetarian sushi are vegan. I got the kanpyo shiitake roll (pan-friend shiitake mushroom, gourd and the inari roll (sweet marinated tofu, avocado. Both rolls were flavorful and fresh. Inari is my favorite and I've never seen it in a roll before. So creative and delicious! Definitely give this place your business if you are in Burlington.

My partner and I are spending our New Years Eve on a “date” in our dining room with take out from this lovely establishment. It was within my personal budget $45 including 20% tip), ready on time, tasted amazing!

The staff is amazing, and the service is fantastic, perfectly complementing the excellent quality of the food. Mao is especially sweet and welcoming. Their combo menu is very affordable and satisfying (around $8 for sushi and side dishes; I highly recommend the curry – it's delicious). I'm definitely addicted to this place!

The sushi here is great, though the selection is somewhat limited. However, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, as every option on the menu is delicious. I also had one of the best chicken curries I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for the wonderful service and fantastic food!
