Vegan food that tastes great! we went with the loaded nachos and the guy fieri recommended crunchwraps and it was to goouood! this is the kind of place they feel good when eating properly (both for their taste buds and the environment). also as a non-vegan eater I tell them that this place is not disappointed. try it out!

Their sandwich wraps are delicious. Everything else I've tried is good too, I just think their wraps really stand out. It's a fun menu to explore. I've noticed also that a vegan diet gives me more energy throughout the day. It's a good place to start if you're thinking about switching to a cleaner diet.

Lovely location near the Winooski River. The old brick mill buildings in the area are gorgeous. There are several outdoor picnic tables and a nice deck so eating outside in the summer is wonderful. The food was excellent quality and there are many options. We had the Avocado Burger, the Crunch Wrap, and the McNuggies and enjoyed our entrees the most. Water is available for free and the wait time for food was about 10 minutes. It's a great experience and even my non-vegan friends and family really enjoyed the food!

I've made it my personal mission to go to every place where Guy Fieri has reviewed vegan food and Pingala has been on the top of my list for a long time. I can honestly say that my expectations were met and then quickly exceeded. The service was efficient, and even with my food being takeout and packed up accordingly, the presentation was fantastic. I ordered a brunch wrap and when I opened up the container I saw that int came with some fruit, which I was not expecting at all and was delighted to see! The flavors of each component worked so well together. It was exactly the comfort food I needed. Along with the brunch wrap I also got a mini chocolate peanut butter cupcake. Everything about it was perfect: the fact that I could get a little something sweet to finish the meal, the frosting wasn't overly sweet, the cake was tender and baked perfectly, it was packed carefully so it could survive transport (not that it lasted that long), and the cookie pieces on top tempted me to run inside to grab a full sized one to take home. I'll definitely be stopping in the next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit soon!

The staff was very friendly and the location was very cool. Love that it is fully vegan. My husband and I got a s'more cookie, nachos, crunch wrap supreme and buffalo mac crunch wrap and were not impressed. The crunch wrap supreme did not have any flavor and the buffalo mac barely had flavor. The nachos were the only decent thing. Hopefully we just came on an off day.
