Jack’s Coal Fired Pizza - Burlington

The food was average, service was very poor. Seems like the wait staff was given little to no training. It took several minutes to be greeted, drinks to forever to get and something spilled on our table no one ever offered to help clean it up. We were charged for drinks for the kids meal even though the menu said it was included.

The pizza was excellent along with the service. Having the choice of coal or wood burning ovens is a great touch. We will be going back!!

The only way I'd go back would be for the music. Good music through the speakers. The food was terrible. We have pizza, chicken stall and pasta. All of us have agreed that it was bad

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. Overall The pizza extremely good with plenty of variety. This is a great place to meet a group of people.

Delicious pizza.... Jack 's Coal Fired Pizza has become our new go-to family-pizza-night restaurant! I am blown away by the size of the kids meal pizza... it 's a 10-inch cheese pie that is piping hot and delicious. I 've never seen my daughter eat the pizza crust, but at Jack 's, she eats every last bit! And the meal includes choice of dessert... my daughter always get the chocolate-chip capped cannolis, and my wife and I share an order of cannolis for ourselves, too. Friendly service with a fun-vibe to the restaurant... it 's always nice to sit closer to the open kitchen so we can see all the action. We 'll be back next week!
