Cortijo Taqueria - Burlington

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious—fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is wonderful, reminiscent of a classic diner, and the staff is extremely friendly. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in Burlington!

This is a fantastic little Latin restaurant. I indulged in some chips, salsa, and a drink. The smoked salsa was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere felt like it was transported from another era, complete with many original fixtures.

This is a fantastic little taqueria nestled in an old diner right on Church Street. The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is absolutely delicious. The nachos were excellent, and everyone loved their tacos. The kids particularly enjoyed the churros!

El cortijo was a great stop for lunch! my friend got the carnitas burrito and I got the huh enchiladas, we also got salsa/guac/queso and chips and the queso was amazing! I have the strange margarita and he got a blood orange margarita and everything was great!

This place had some of the most unique and best tacos ever! My favourite was the mushroom one, followed by pork shoulder. I have never had such a unique flavour profile like the mushroom taco and I loved it. It was crunchy, flavourful, creamy, and delicious. I hope I’ll be back one day to taste them again!
