Blue Ribbon Diner - Burlington

Being going to this place since it opened@! Always taste good and always a friendly atmosphere!!

Awesome service and awesome food. It is always a good meal here and today wasn't any different. The waitress was super friendly and was on top of everything we needed.

Clean, friendly diner with great food, service, and prices. The salmon burger is excellent. The apple jack salad dressing is quite good, and they sell it by the pint for about $7. They get really busy during lunch and dinner hours, so it's best to get there early or eat at in-between times. They are not open for breakfast.

I had turkey and dressing green beans and fried okra. Turkey tasted like a luncheon meat with gravey. Green beans were very sweet. The dressing had no flavor. The okra was great. Service was great even though they were very busy. This seems to be more of a hamburger and french fries kind of place.

Edit we went tonight and got food at the drive through. It was pure nasty. I got the fried chicken with gravy which was grizzly and tasted off. I got fried okra which was fried too much and burnt and I got mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes were nasty. My husband got the same except brown gravy and he got Mac and cheese and gravy. His chicken and sides were not good either. My adult daughter got the same chicken and brown gravy and got cabbage and mashed potatoes. She said the same as we did and said the cabbage had no flavor to it. This is not the normal at this place. We have been here a lot and done dine in and carry out. It was gross but my husband had to go to work so we ended up eating it anyway. My phone alerted me to do an update to this. No I didn't call or say anything because it was like 8pm and we were just stuck with it at that point cause he was running out to work in a few. This was my first review below. Which was a few weeks ago. And we ate inside. Always good service I recommend the spaghetti and salad
