Maybe one thing before I get back.
Our service was very slow. we had 8 hungry children in our group, and simply margharita pizzas for 30 minutes to serve.
Second time in this week to enjoy the Italian chopped salad and marguerita pizza. my grandchildren were a big hit for the first time. we're coming back.
The pizza was good, could be better if they read the special request comments. This brings me to my next complaint. The app makes it very impersonal and lacks the ability to interact with the server. The prices are full service prices with McDonald’s service.
Though we had a reservation, we were met at the door by a sign saying to seat yourself. In the near empty restaurant, we had our pick. We started to sit down at one of the dark, rough hewn tables but found it extremely dirty, with crumbs everywhere and rings of milky liquid. We moved over one. Ordering was online using a QR code. After a few minutes, someone wordlessly brought two glasses of water. A little later, two small plates and flatware. We used the app to order a caesar salad to share and a pizza, plus two drinks. The salad arrived with no utensils to divide it, so we used our own flatware. The sad caesar contained croutons too hard to bite and too big to eat in one piece, lettuce in big hunks the sign of a lazy kitchen that has not given a single thought to whether a diner can enjoy their food or must battle with it. Surprisingly soon the pizza came out and we had nowhere to put our slices but onto the too small plates now covered in caesar dressing and half eaten salad. The pizza was undercooked, the cheese not completely melted, the crust underdone (which explains why it came out so soon). Diners behind us finished and left, so the silent employee cleared their dishes but made no move to wipe the table down. No one ever exchanged a single word with us. Our appetites taken away (but not by eating), we left more than half of our food and drinks on the table and went home to have a bowl of cereal.
