Neal's Coffee Shop - Burlingame

Classic American Diner. Excellent customer service. The waitress was very friendly. Coffee Top Offs. Newspapers available to read. Standard breakfast, and it came out pretty fast. Food was nothing unusual, but if you're in the mood for a diner breakfast, that's your place. Good portions. The interior of the restaurant was clean and had many cabins.

Booth was dirty, syrup or anything. Eggs Benedict and cookies with gravy, eggs and sausage. Gravy and Hollandaise Sauce was room temp, tasted like it just came out of a can. Very disappointed. I'm not back. Someone really went out without paying. I thought halfway through our meal.

Great place for the early morning brekky? Food is delicious!

The Italian chicken stall was delicious! But when I was told that the duck had two pieces of chicken breast, I was completely shocked that it was only 2 pieces of meat. To give you an idea, they can make about 10 ducks from the breasts of a chicken. I think there were only 3 ounces of meat. They threw me away because the flesh in their other ducks is quite generous.

The service was quick and the staff were attentive. I ordered a delicious Gyro Omelette with pancakes. What more can I say? The experience was great and I will return.
