Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Burley

My brother's birthday choice. He was happy with his chicken stripe meal chocolate sun... I had a carmel sunshade.

We liked the bbq chicken strips. The blizzards are really good (a lot of delicious cheesecakes in my). The Hamburgers are average, not amazing, but good. This location has the bathroom hall entrance outside and was locked. We were out in the wind for 5 minutes before we came back and asked to open it. They did and we could stand in the hall while we waited until the bathroom is available. Strange location for a bathroom.

The worst DQ I have ever been in. The gal that took my order was on her cell phone and upset that I interrupted her private call time. I ordered a chicken basket meal and a blizzard. They made the blizzard with the wrong toppings. My toast was old and stale with tiny squirts of butter grease globbed in the center. Could not even eat them. Fries were cold. Tables unclean and old food containers sitting out. Will not eat here ever again. Beware!!

This Dairy Queen is so disappointing. They are always out of everything. I asked for 3 different things before I just opted to get nothing because they were out of it all. And they randomly stop cooking food. Their blizzards are runny, not full in the cup and they don’t even tip them upside down. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

If you want a high quality experience at DQ don’t go to this one! We were the ONLY ones in the drive through and it took them 10 minutes to give us our food. As we watched four employees just stand there doing nothing. After we finally got it we found that the cheese curds were overcooked to the point there wasn’t even any cheese in them. We went in and they did remake them but in the end they were slow, lazy, and not good at the job they get paid to do.
