Varsity Lakes Tavern - Burleigh Waters

Unusual to find large vegan foods in Tavern connected to nearby gaming area. Restaurant spacious and comfortable. Had a great Buddah shot here. Service also prpt and excellent, especially as outside the usual hours. Chef made a generously attractive dish. The flatbread with hummus was not available, but other vegan options w some suggestions on standard menu also possible.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere with tall ceilings and a stylish design. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly, making it a perfect place to dine. The gaming room is spacious and I didn't feel crowded at all. Located centrally on the Gold Coast, I highly recommend bringing your friends for a drink or your family for a meal. They even have a cool kids room with movies.

My partner and I went to this restaurant on a Sunday night for a quick visit. We were welcomed in the sports bar by a friendly young man named Dominic. His service was the best we have ever received at a pub. He played our favorite music on the bar's music system, we enjoyed a game of free pool, and before we knew it, we had spent 5 hours there having an amazing time. We will definitely be returning next Sunday! This place has become our new favorite pub!

The staff are always amazing and a blessing to chat to. Awesome feeds and can’t go wrong with the best beer. Rob, the bartender, is the absolute man!

Great service, great staff and great venue always guaranteed a great time down at the Varsity tav 11/10 would come again!
