Nando's Burleigh - Burleigh Waters

My kids love Nandos, which is a great way to take them out to eat for a healthier version of fast food, depends on menu choices though...

For my palate I consider Nando's a bit spicy, so if you don't like spicy food I don't recommend it.

Worst customer service ever - the "owner" of the restaurant was VERY disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Went to sit down and have a meal with my family - majority of us ordered from Nandos, but my sister ordered chips from another store before coming in. As soon as she started eating her food, the apparent "owner" waltzed in and began bad-mouthing us to his staff. He did not approach us at all - but instead acted very childish and loudly complained about her eating her chips in the store. It was very ironic that at the exact same time this man started being passive-aggressive and rude, there was a group of boys eating Subway in the restaurant - though "boss-man" seemed to not think anything of it? I requested a refund and will never eat there again. Extremely poor attitude.

Set in the middle of James street the view is nothing to rave about. Its a smallish store but is convenient to have a healthy option and is set among many interesting shops.

We live in Ballarat and go to our local Nando's. The food is always well cooked. And it was good to see the same quality here in Burleigh. The young guy who served us, was very friendly and professional. Not only did he take orders but also waited tables. We really enjoyed all our meals and would recommend them to others.
