Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Burien

My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner. I ordered the $7 meal with a blizzard, but unfortunately the blizzard I received had been sitting out for a while and was already melting. It didn't taste very good. They should consider hiring employees who are more focused on doing their job well rather than trying to impress others.

The food was delicious. Despite a line in the drive-thru, we didn't have to wait long and the food was still excellent.

Any Dairy Queen that completely runs out of chocolate ice cream deserves 2 stars. I had to suggest to them to use chocolate syrup in vanilla. Blew the minds of the window workers.

The food was good, but the staff seemed unhappy. I visited the drive-thru last night and had a very strange experience. Despite saying hello, thank you, and have a good day to every person I interacted with, the only words spoken to me were "what would you like to order," "drive to the window please," and "your total is," as they took my card at the window. The two girls who took my payment and handed me my bag just stared blankly at me, without saying a word. It felt like they were playing a game of avoiding interaction. It is important to acknowledge and reply to customers, even in idle conversation. As someone who also works in customer service, I believe that verbal acknowledgment and a simple thank you should always be a part of the transaction.

Peanut butter parfait tasted like the hot fudge was burnt and they must have dumped the bottom of the peanut bag on top. It was covered in those flakes of peanut skin. Was $20 for 3 ice creams...
