Subway - Burgettstown

The service was a bit slow, but all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The meatball subs at this restaurant are fantastic.

This is the second time this has happened to me at a restaurant in the last 2 weeks where they claim to be open until 9 p.m. I arrived at 8 p.m. and was told they were closed. It is no surprise that so many businesses go bankrupt these days when they are cutting their hours short like this. You can't make money if you're closing your business early.

Um.....no bathrooms????? They have food and drink, a table with seats, and a subway inside, but no bathroom? When I asked why, they said it's not a sit-in restaurant....but when I pointed to the table and asked what that was, the staff looked away. Someone needs to report this place for not having a bathroom, because I really need to pee!! Lol.

The cashier at this restaurant was very rude. I am visiting from out of town and was trying to order a sub and use the restroom. There was no one at the Subway counter, so I walked over to the store section where one lady was helping a customer. The employee who was supposed to be at the sub counter was standing and chatting with someone else. When I asked if she could come over to take my order, she responded rudely and said "What?" I tried to explain that I wanted to order four subs so I could use the restroom while she prepared them, but she snapped at me saying they didn't have a restroom. I was taken aback and left the restaurant to find a McDonald's nearby where we ended up eating and using the restroom. I will never return to that Subway again.
