Restaurant Schützenhaus - Burgdorf

We have visited the restaurant for the first time since I has been opened again after the renovation during Corona closure. We liked the new menu, waitress was very friendly, the food delicious and it came fast. This restaurant is a must when visiting Burgdorf for everybody who likes beer and food that goes along.

We visited on a week night and there was no wait to be seated. The menu has a little bit of everything: salads, burgers, chicken, beef, etc. so there is something for everyone. The service was ok. The food was ok. I ordered a chicken meal with zucchini and almond rice. The chicken was a little bland, the zucchini was ok and I really liked the almond rice. If I were to go back I would try something different.

Visited here with friends and overall had a bad experience. The staff was impolite and aggressive around closing time. The Schützenhaus staff tried to kick us out even before the restaurant was closed and did not give us space to finish our beer. Constantly told we had to leave because they were closing. Inappropriate service industry behaviour. Will not return.
