Dolce Coffee House - Burgas

Let us begin with how horrible service they have. Everything is absolutely overpriced, and the coffees were not really qualified to be called Coffee. We got 2 cappuccinos and 2 frappes. The cappuccinos were tasting burned, and the milk was looking suspicious. The frappes are hugely overpriced, and it tasted like cheap instant coffee mixed with tons of ice. Basically frozen instant coffee. The waiter was really slow, and didn't seem to be interested in doing her job... Overall, pretty horrendous experience for such high rated place.

The coffee was overpriced and tasted burnt. Specialty coffee prices for bad coffee not worth it. Burgas has better shops than this. Strongly recommend to spend your money elsewhere.

The Frappuccino tasted like instant Nescafé latte mix even that would taste better) packed with ice and it’s majorly overpriced. Would not come again.

Непрофесижнално обслужване, персонала не знае защо е там,високи цени лошо обслужване. Не бих посетил това място. Тоалетната е за персонала и гостите е една ,което е голямо неудобство.

My main problem with this place was the price quality ratio. I've ordered a cappuccino and the taste was burned and generally not pleasant. On top of that, the price for that cup was 4.90 lv, which is unreasonable for the quality. The only good thing about this place is its location.
