Two Volcano Seafood Boil Buffet

To whom it may Concern my name is Lisa I visited this location on 10-30 with my family celebrating my daughter's 11th birthday she wanted to eat sushi so I chose this location because it was a buffet THE different choices of seafood AND SUSHI . but what got me is that I was able to sit down and eat regular food. Instead of eating the seafood, I enjoy eating fried chicken, mac and cheese , and pepper steaks. All can say my 11th year old really enjoyed her birthday.

I use to like coming to eat here but it has gone downhill. Food wasn't that great. A few items were tasty. I got orange chicken and the chicken was grey on the inside. Made me lose my appetite. Servers stare you down and rush you out. I had the two workers who I guess are their waitresses which I don't think that's the case because it a serve yourself establishment....but they hounded us for a tip. Both ladies were standing there and kept pushing for tips which is such a turn off. They didn't let us get a chance to finish. The windows were disgusting. So many sticky handprints all over the glass. I will never go back to eat there. ?

I would like to start off by saying that the cashier charged me an extra five dollars I didn’t mind it because me and my friends were very hungry now upon having laughs and joking around, we began to go around and get food. We were instantly stopped by the cashier, and he said, this is a Buffay. If you take food out, we charge you by the pound and we didn’t know where that came from. I say maybe five minutes later they brought us ice cream and began to rush us out of the building. Being vary rude the food was nasty ? in the service was the worst I don’t mean to say this, but all of the Black people where being treated very poorly, while the Spanish and Chinese were being treated good the server brought over the tip plate and demanded a $10 tip then proceeded to tell us hurry up and go while waiting at the table we didn’t even get to finish the second plate

The restaurant features a hibachi grill located in the back, which was a nice touch. They also offered a variety of dishes, including frog legs, crabs, shrimp, mussels, and sushi.

Nothing remarkable! The salmon was the standout dish on the buffet. However, there were no cucumbers, tomatoes, or bacon bits included. The chicken wings appeared stale and had an off taste. It’s definitely time for a menu refresh!
