The Voodoo Lounge - Burbank

This restaurant is very clean and easily accessible. They offer generous portion sizes at reasonable prices. We truly enjoyed the meals, and the staff were friendly and informative. Highly recommended!

The waitress arrived at our table and brought the first round of drinks, but then she never returned. I ended up going to the bar to place another order, where I encountered the bartender—his name was Josh, I think. He seemed irritated and started questioning me about the whereabouts of our waitress. I explained that I didn’t care about that and just wanted to order. He got angry, slammed the beers down on the bar, and walked away. Now I understand why we were the only patrons over 21 in the bar—I guess it was just the wrong time to stop by.

1st time visitor Stopped in in a Wednesday night for dinner. Big screen had the Cubs Chisox game on. Bar was crowded, the food smelled great. Sat myself and was quickly greeted by a very efficient, friendly waitress. She brought drinks quickly and Idecided on the 3 meat BBQ sampler plate. Wow! Really good! I'll be back for sure lots of other menu items I want to try.

Maria, who was in charge of organizing the funeral lunches, was a bit reserved and quiet. I understand that when people are managing funeral arrangements, they might not be as clear-headed as usual. I wish she had asked me if I preferred soup or salad. It wasn't a major issue, and I'm sure if you communicate your preferences more clearly than I did, you’ll be completely satisfied. Overall, I still give Maria and Chuck's a solid 5 stars!
