I absolutely love this place, definitely my favorite local shop. Came in for some steak and gave me a whole chicken for no reason. Went home and cooked all the meat and was blown away by the quality. That's the word I would use to describe this butcher, QUALITY. It reflects in the price but it is 100% worth it. Chicken was marinated for 2 days and tasted awesome. Owner is a genuinely nice guy and handles meat like a pro. Shop sells a variety of things all high quality. Would definitely recommend especially for xorovats 10/10.

Best meat selection in all of SoCal. Try their “crack shrimp” and Japanese wagyu ribeyes! I drive all the way from Bakersfield for this type of quality.

This restaurant is a fantastic local spot with high quality offerings. I had the ribeye and it was perfect for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. I enjoyed it so much that I returned the following weekend! While I haven't tried their fish dishes yet, they have a selection of fresh catches that are hard to come by elsewhere. In addition to meats, they offer a variety of dry rubs, sauces, pastas, and sides. You can get a full meal here, not just meat dishes.
