El Pollo Loco - Burbank

This is the nearest Pollo Loco to my workplace. I am a big fan of Pollo Loco, but this location is quite slow and has frequently gotten my order wrong. Despite this, I still return, although I opt for other establishments due to their inefficiency.

I had an amazing experience today at El Pollo Loco. During my lunchtime, I was unsure of what to order until I saw the Pollo Loco and decided to try it. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a lady named Blanca who welcomed me to El Pollo Loco. This made me feel recognized and appreciated. Ordering was quick and easy, and to my surprise, I didn't have to wait long for my delicious food. Thank you, Mrs. Blanca and the team at El Pollo Loco for a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back soon!

Worst experience ever.. please check your receipts I ordered 2 items from the $5 dlls menu and the ticket came up for $15.69.. They have to respect their prices.. Calling Authorities.. I spoke to the manager and ticket was the same.. pretty weird they were not taking cards ?only cash?

The staff at this restaurant is understaffed, leading to bad customer service. Buyers beware, as my online order was canceled but they still charged my credit card. The communication is very poor. Unfortunately, El Pollo Loco prioritizes profits over customer service. My condolences go out to all affected.

Slow service, manager decided to count register while customers waiting in line, I ordered double chicken salad got a few pieces of chicken and mostly lettuce, it seems most if not all el pollo locos are doing the same thing. Very disappointed.
