We all know that we can get coffee almost any place. What makes me a returning customer is always excellent customer service. The Caribou Coffee at the Travel Truck Stop at the I-29 Vermillion exit has the best customer service on a daily basis of anyplace I know. It always starts with the manager. Here it starts with the manager Gail. (sp? . Excellent. Very friendly. Always a smile. Never acts like she’s too busy to make you feel valued as a customer. She’s great. It flows thru Kayla seemingly naturally. Both great personalities. Great smiles. Wonderful service. I hope Caribou values these employees. I’m sure any establishment would steal them both in a heart beat. They always make my day better and i’m truly grateful for that. Thank you very very much.

I stopped at Coffee Cup Fuel Stop to purchase a large Spiced Chai Latté at Caribou. The service was excellent, and the young lady who helped me was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Caribou Coffee at the Coffee Cup Fuel Stop at the Highway 50/I-29 junction!

A large truck stop with multiple food options and a wonderful eating area. I would definitely recommend to stop on your travels.
