Bob Evans - Burbank

First I ordered online, they said pick up time insert a specific time, My partner decided to go early and the food was already sitting underneath the heat lamp, they said it had been there awhile, it was not that good. I'm seriously disappointed. I won't be returning.

Well i ordered online ,through Bob Evans app. It was 4:15 pm. Said it would ve delivered at 5:05. So about 5:40 i called the restaurant to see where my food was. Oh the delivery driver never showed up to get it. or something along those lines) She put me on hold ,came back on and asked if i still wanted it. I was like, yes. Then i said ,wait,will it be cold? She said yes,its been sitting there almost an hour . I said ,NEVERMIND! REFUND MY MONEY.! Bad business. Gonna send out cold food. I was paying almost 20.00 for 1 meal. Including delivery,taxes and tip. Totally pissed off.

We had a great meal. Our server was pretty good and on point. Our food was cooked just right.. The store was clean so we're the bathrooms. Overall. Good experience.

Another wonderful meal at bob evans. Great service also. I ordered the honey biscuit in chicken dinner.

Between the skillets and the steaks, i probably could order both. Home away from
