Platters - BUP

I was at this place every time the experience was good. it is one of the most beautiful places in bathinda, especially for alcohol lovers. although families also fit. you have to try.

The restaurant is beautiful, restaurant staff is good,many items available, food test is so good,Facility is good.

During my journey from Suratgarh to Ludhiana, I stopped at Platters in Bathinda for dinner on a chilly winter evening. After consulting locals, we decided to try out this restaurant located in the central part of the city. Despite some parking difficulties, we were warmly greeted by the manager and seated at a table for five. The ambiance was cozy with dim lighting and a cricket game playing in the background. We ordered a sweet soup for the kids, which they enjoyed. For the main course, we opted for tandoori rotis, butter naans, butter chicken, and kadai chicken. The dishes were flavorful and slightly on the spicier side, which may not be suitable for children. However, the portions were generous and well-prepared with a good amount of cream, cashew paste, and butter. The restaurant maintained good hygiene standards, making it a decent dining experience overall. I would recommend Platters for a pleasant meal in this peaceful city, suitable for lunch or dinner with family and friends of all ages.

I have been searching for a good value ofr money restaurant that doesn't burn a hole in the pocket after having seen most of the 'premium' restaurants lacking in many basic aspects like taste of food, service and ambience. Platters was referred to me by a friend and he is right. The rest-o-bar offers good ambience, subtle lighting, privacy for couples/families, good food, responsive staff and value for money. Having said that I wouldn't say its the best in Bathinda however overall satisfaction is worth mentioning. What I didn't like was the frequent spraying of aerosol based 'air freshner' by the staff in the closed space. (Thankfully it was not 'Hit' as in the case of Pammi's National Bakers to keep flies away) . Parking at Platters is an issue as the restaurant is located close to a busy junction however roadside parking is available on both sides of the 100 ft road.
