Mamma Rosa's Pizzeria - Bundoran

After leaving Waterworld, we were starving and didn't know where to eat. A quick search on Google led us to Mamma Rossas, just 140 meters away. We placed a large order for 6 people online at around 5:40, and it was ready for pickup by 6pm. The kids enjoyed their burgers, and the pizzas were the best takeout pizzas I've had in a while. They had a real authentic pizza taste with bubbly crusts.

Great pizza place- well worth the visit. The whole family really enjoyed the meal. The person who served us was very friendly and patient helping our boys to make their choices.

We ordered 4 pizzas for delivery with 4 garlic dips. Upon eating the first slice I realised how terrible this pizza was. The cheese had the texture of human skin hanging off a slice of cardboard, not only disgusting but horribly bland. An extinction of flavour and a disgrace to every Italian restaurant on the continent. Hoping to resolve the issue we searched the bag for the garlic dips discovering that they had been forgotten. The driver was kind enough to return to the house with the garlic dips about 30 minutes later free of charge which we did appreciate. Sadly by then the remaining slices had turned to stone and the garlic dip was nothing more than the pathetic cherry on top to a depressing evening.

Stopped here after a day on the beach for some pizza and burgers. You will struggle to find pizza as good anywhere else. Service was pretty quick. All the food was well cooked and good quality. Will definitely be back on our next visit.

Ordered a 12inch pepperoni pizza, cheesy chip and taco chip from Mamma Rossas last night. The food was delicious, absolutely first class, however my reason for writing this review is that the following morning I realised I had misplaced my purse with money I had taken for a 1 week holiday with family. I was gutted and convinced I had lost it and would not get it back, I retraced my steps and Mamma Rossas was my last hope. I asked if anything had been handed in and to my surprise a member of staff presented my purse! It saved my holiday and I am forever great full! This place has friendly, honest and hardworking staff, not to forget brilliant food, I’ll make sure to call here anytime I’m visiting and would recommend to anyone! :
