Subway - Bundaberg

I ordered my regular item, a foot-long white meatball sub, but was disappointed to find that there were only four meatballs on the whole sandwich and no meat sauce. When I tried to customize my order by requesting a ham, cheese, and tomato jaffle, I was told that they don't allow modifications. Despite explaining that I usually receive my order as requested, the staff member was rude in front of other customers. They proceeded to toast the jaffle without my consent, leading me to consider not returning to the restaurant in the future. The staff turnover has resulted in a not-so-pleasant experience overall.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, the staff are consistently impolite. I went with a friend at 8pm and as soon as we walked in the door, the two female workers rolled their eyes at us because they were "closing."

While this restaurant is a franchise and most things are consistent, the quality and service can vary depending on the location. I have had issues with not receiving extra ingredients that I paid for, like avocado. It seems like this happens when the branch is understaffed with inexperienced teenagers making the sandwiches.

The staff are great subs are nice, but all outlets need to train their staff how to wrap so they are easy to unwrap.
