However management at this establishment needs to look at their staff attitudes & customer service. On entering this store I walked up to counter with no other customers waiting. Two staff members noticed me but were too busy initially to serve me. Then the male server said " be with you soon??"He & his counter staff went outside the store to do something while I waited & waited. The female came back inside & answered a drive through while the male server walked up to the coffee door & punched the door open!! Then proceeded to make a coffee while I was standing there still waiting to place my order. After another few minutes of bad behaviour from the coffee maker I gave up & walked out in disgust. Management needs looking at their shop staff here as this behaviour would not encourage a return of customers. There were only about 6 to 8 people there sitting both inside & out. Not what I would call a busy store. Would I bother returning.. not ever to this store. Terrible service with terrible attitude and staff that need more training.. serve the customer at the counter & take the money with smiles. Sorry to have to write a rotten review but the owners and management need to know what goes on with their investment.
The coffee was good and my bacon and egg McMuffin was satisfying. However, my wife's tomato relish roll was lacking in extras. We opted to have it on a muffin bun instead of the full roll as it was a bit overwhelming.
This 24-hour joint closes off its restaurant area at night and removes all the chairs, making it difficult for customers to access the toilets. The security guards claimed this was due to drunk people, but it seems unfair to penalize all patrons for the actions of a few. The unfriendly atmosphere and lack of accommodation for customers make me hesitant to return to this establishment.
Where to start. Went yesterday, absolutely starving after a very very long morning. At 1.30pm pulled into the carpark. Strode inside and went to order the Create Your Own... Only to discover they don't have it anymore. So thought I'd try the "Gourmet"... Why? Oh Why did I do this?Food was HORRIBLE. A huge blob of yellow mustard sitting in white goop. The Fries should have just been served straight out of the freezer, because they weren't just cold they were putrid. The wait time (30 minutes for "Fast Food???") was ridiculously long. The girl running the shop was rude to staff and quite officious. One customer commented that they should Finish one task first (yes, those waiting "IN STORE" would appreciate their food, please) but they kept running after the drive through.Another gentleman was standing at the "McCafe" waiting for his 2 cappucinos. 30 mins later the girl in charge got pinned to do something other than fling orders around and yelled for some young girl to "hurry up".The store was littered with used food packets. I get that you're trying to save money, but to be honest, I doubt I'll be back. The wait, the disgusting food that left my daughter and I running to the bathroom all night is a memory that won't pass easily. From now on, Red Rooster, Kentucky Fried, Subway and even Hungry Jacks will get my custom. Two of the most local to me stores and both struck off the list!
Time and time again I still go back here as it's convenient and, usually, quick service. However, don't bother going during busy hours if you want any frozen drink or anything that needs icecream - they'll simply tell you that they're either out or the machine is down. Have confirmed this, when I was turned away in drive-thru, so I parked my car and walked in.. and got what I was told 5mins prior was sold out. They constantly burn the mcmuffin buns, and 95% of the time if you order a mcmuffin that needs a sausage patty, you're going to get home and realise after they made you wait 10mins for fresh sausage patties, they ended up throwing the regular beef ones on and hope you won't notice. One time I ordered a burger and got home to find literally a piece of meat and cheese.. no bun whatsoever. I have no idea whom they're hiring in this store, but it is a far cry from the other two stores in the area, that never run out or mess the order up. But hey, if you're happy that you'll have to only return 85% of the time due to them messing up some part of your order, then this is the store for you!
