Bulli Beach Cafe

Nice ambience here and it's next to the beach with no competition Food was above average but small portions.

I accidentally found this Cafe and am totally impressed Its Big , Its Indoors, Its Outdoors , Its Child Friendly , Its Adult friendly.

Beautiful views, good chips & a good coffee! Definitely will return for a Sunday brunch. You can take a stroll on the beach before or after your meal, or relax on the green beside it in the sun. Free parking too is a plus!

What a great little cafe. We decided to try it out after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. We wanted a kid friendly, relaxed yummy cafe to meet with family. We were coming up from Cambewarra and Berry with other family coming south from North Sydney.Has a trendy but relaxed feel, inside and outside dinning. Our kids were comfortable as it was noisy enough that they didn't stand out (10yrs, 7yrs, 1.5yrs). One of our kids who is a bit noise sensitive said she felt a bit overwhelmed but settled as our visit went on. They had heaps of high chairs which was awesome and there was room for a pram at the outside tables.Fast service, order at the counter style. Even though it was busy the food was priced well (approx.$50 for 3 burgers and chips and a large bowl of chips). I'm taking a point off as when I asked if they did calamari and chips for the kids I was completely shut down by the order taker; there was no room for discussion or working it out, it was just a flat no and please refer to the kids menu. I had also rung earlier in the day to book a table but was told they don't take on the day bookings? And that they were quiet now and should be ok to get a table for lunch. I said I hoped so cause all together our travelling time was 3 hours to be there. I note for next time to book in advance.Easy access to toilets from the cafe and we played at the reserve overlooking the water after we ate. The beach looked lovely but too cold to even walk on the sand.Overall a great Sunday, we got what we wanted and had a lovely day. 4/5 star experience.
