However, what really upset us was the way the staff treated another handicapped person who had brought her service dogs. They allowed her to pay and come in to eat but then suddenly asked her to leave. The girl accompanying the handicapped woman appeared to be just a teenager, and she was sitting there on her own while the staff completely ignored her. All she wanted was to order the drinks that they had paid for so she could take them to go since they were being asked to exit. My mom and I noticed the situation and asked a staff member if they could help the girl. The staff member went to assist but was quickly called back by another woman who told her to ignore the situation because of the dogs. I’m not sure of all the details, but there was something mentioned about one of the dogs nipping at the waitress. My family of three was sitting right next to them and witnessed the entire encounter—the dogs were under the table as requested and were not causing any disturbance. We never saw the waitress approach their table after they were seated. Instead, we only heard her bad-mouthing them to other staff and involving the managers. We ended up leaving before the group with the dogs, so I don't know what happened after that. It was disheartening to see how poorly the young woman was treated, especially since it seemed no one was paying attention to her simple request for the drinks they had purchased to take with them.

The food was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. I ordered a Western burger medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly. I also tried a warm cinnamon bun, which was surprisingly large—I had no idea it would be that big! It was absolutely delicious. I loved the fries, although they were a bit cold and didn’t seem to be freshly made. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed them. The views of the river were fantastic!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, with quick order taking, coffee refills, and prompt food delivery this morning. My breakfast was served hot and delicious. I received my bill without having to ask, and paying when I left was just as smooth. The restaurant is located by the river, although not everyone gets to enjoy the view. The place was clean, and the staff were all efficient, friendly, and seemed genuinely pleased to have us there. It's a café-type atmosphere, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit.
