We chose to sit at the bar, and our friendly bartender greeted us with chips and salsa. For dinner, we ordered combo plates—one with cheese chicken enchiladas and the other with a taco and cheese enchiladas—both served with delicious rice and beans. The portion sizes are generous for the price, and everything was incredibly tasty! I almost forgot to mention the fantastic house margaritas we started with. It's just down the road, so I will definitely be returning and bringing visitors from out of town with me.
The prices have increased significantly since our last visit. The free bean dip is no longer available and now costs $2, the basket of tortilla chips has been downsized, and there's now a charge for refills.
I received some of the best service I've experienced at this restaurant. At least four different staff members attended to us, making sure we had enough drinks, and the food we tasted was delightful. I will definitely recommend this place and plan to return. The building could use some improvements, but given the current economic situation, I understand if they can't invest more in renovations to enhance the experience. Overall, it seems like a great spot to relax on a Friday or Saturday night, enjoy some drinks, and savor good food. I felt respected as a guest, and I noticed others did too. Thank you!
During our trip to Laughlin, we were quite disappointed with the Mexican dining options available. However, we happened to discover this restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. Although I'm not usually a fan of Machaca, I found it to be excellent here. The service was also outstanding.
I visited for the first time just in time for Halloween, and I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle holiday decorations that were tastefully arranged throughout the restaurant. Many staff members were in costume, and everyone was incredibly attentive to the customers. Our chips and salsa came out quickly, followed by our drinks shortly after. Our waiter was well-informed about the menu and took our order while asking relevant questions about our preferences. Although there was a sizable crowd, we arrived just after the lunchtime rush. The meals we had were delicious and satisfying. If you're in the Laughlin, Nevada and Bullhead City area, be sure to check out Oriol's for some fantastic Mexican cuisine!
