Terrible service! The food was poorly prepared, and the staff tried to charge me for a meal I returned. No refund was issued, which is completely unacceptable!

We were in the mood for tacos and decided to hit the drive-through in Havasu. Unfortunately, there were no descriptions of the food, and we quickly learned that more than half the filling in the beef tacos was actually potatoes. Who puts potatoes in taco filling unless they're cutting corners on meat? For three tacos, we were charged a staggering $19! We also ordered a small guacamole, which was runny, tasteless, and resembled baby food. When we tried to ask questions to avoid these issues, the woman at the speaker didn’t speak any English. When I asked about the price, she simply told me to move forward. This place felt like a garbage dump—definitely overpriced! We won't be returning.

First time we tried there supper fries and they were soggy and nasty. We gave them another chance and got the super asade nachos and they were the best! Everything is layered so perfectly and is alway fresh. We get these at least once or twice a month. The best in town
