Love this little place. TRAVIS OWENS is the BEST! What’s crazy is we do not even get anything for free but are treated like polished gold by him when we visit from Boulder City. Drinks are not too strong nor too weak but perfect, atmosphere is good but again, what’s makes it great is the people! I would give this a 5 star rating however, there is a lady who we called today to ask if Travis was working so we could book a room, drive down and have a fun date night. We only wanted to go if he was working tonight (Tuesday 9/19/23) . I was very polite to her and she blatantly hung up on me and was incredibly rude not sure why you want to treat people this way maybe have her train with Travis. The Hideout easily gets a 5 star but because of this ladies rudeness and or intolerance over the phone she got them a 3 star. I don’t care if you are incredibly busy, I wanted only to know if he was working. She obviously does not understand “give them the pickle” customer service. We will do a date night in Laughlin another day when we know Travis is working! Kev

We had high hopes for this place considering it was truly located in a hideout location. However: The short blonde bartender with the B resting face was extremely rude and miserable. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting, with shredded dirty paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. You had to dry your hands on the toilet seat protector shields because the paper towel dispensers were empty. girls were lined up waiting to use the bathroom all complaining about how disgusting it was. The karaoke was so close to you that you couldn 't even hear yourself think. Large air conditioning coolers took up too much space to walk around. The drinks were so overpriced and watered down that it would take five of them to get you a slight buzz. We 'll NEVER EVER go back.
