Typical chain pizza joint, this one located on Grant near Waverley.

Great Italian food! Loved the pizzas. Great spot to dine, enjoy good food and wine. I'm really excited for when I get to dine here next! Can't wait to try out there pasta dishes!

We won't be back after last Friday night. I suggested to my hot boyfriend The Jetty not knowing ownership/name had changed. We were worried about getting a table on our walk down but arrived at prime dinner time at 7pm to find the place less than half full. That should have been warning enough. Our favourite bearded waiter was there and as always, very nice as he remembers my bf. We ordered 2 strong Long Island Iced Teas as normal but they came out weak and too sweet. Our entree was the calamari, and while fresh, the plate was more salad and the calamari was a tad overcooked, a bit chewy and not much of it for the price paid. We both ordered pasta, I the risotto con pollo and my bf the beef ragu. Mine was actually nice and flavourful and for me, a good size, even though a small portion but the beef ragu was a smaller portion again, lukewarm and no flavour, even though the pasta was actually cooked 'al dente'. We did have fresh Parmesan sliced across our dishes though. We had a look at the dessert menu but nothing seemed worthwhile. I had chosen the Jetty as we always loved the menu, portions and flavours and didn't mind paying for it. Due to our experience Friday night, we probably won't be back to Il Molo, which is a shame because the staff are really so lovely and friendly to us every time and do deserve a decent food menu to be had for their clientele. To our bearded waiter, we are sorry, as he's such a great staff member. It's a shame to see such a nice place have such a downturn due to the food on offer. It's worth looking at other reviews for this place as there appears to be a trend occurring.

Great location BUT what a rip off. We ordered the Oceano Pizza... was supposed to be prawn. I honk there might of been 3 prawns on there cut in quarters- nowhere near enough protein to satisfy or consider it worthy of the $24 price tag. It felt like the chef/management were more concerned about cost control than good food experience. Total spend for 2 people $78... have had way better food experiences elsewhere in that price bracket.
