New Orleans - Bulawayo

This is a wonderful spot to grab a meal. I received fantastic service from Kellner Innocent, who was very polite and attentive. The Bacon Steak and mushrooms were delicious. Lisa, the manager, was also great; she assisted me with a custom printed entrance without any hassle. I adore animals and loved her cats, but some customers were not very pleased with their presence. A lady next to me was taken aback when a cat brushed against her, causing her to spill her drink. I would have rated this place 5 stars, but I suggest addressing the issue of cats roaming around the dining area, as some guests may have allergies.

We absolutely loved this restaurant and its prices. Our waiter, whose name was Knowledge, was fantastic, and when we returned, we specifically wanted him to serve us again. He was passionate about his job and really went the extra mile to ensure customers were happy. The food was excellent, and the cocktails were enjoyable, though the selection was somewhat limited. I rated this place 4 stars because there was a random cat wandering around, and it seemed like some staff didn't address it. If you're in Bulawayo, this is definitely a place you should visit!

The staff is friendly, the drinks are great, and while the menu is limited, everything is delicious. The Hawaiian pizzas are outstanding!

Used to be my favourite since 2018 when l got here in Bulawayo..disappointed when l went there with my friends from South Africa with much confidence. Only to be disappointed, they had pizza only on their menu. The waitress was a bit rude and inexperienced . I usual mind my business but with the way I love this place I cant. they have to do something about this. I will give them 3 stars for today, hopefully l will go there for their famous delicious pizza soon.

The food was horrible..cheese cake was biscuit crumbs n clotted cream..cutlery was dirty, ketchup bottle disgusting..my food could not even fit in the standard dinner plate kept on falling on table, vegetables were overdone and under seasoned..basically under whelming experience and felt like the race card played a huge part as the waiters kept running around certain customers and we were being ignored. They should just put a sign saying “ whites are treated better than blacks in here” From the moment you get in you really feel unwelcome and out of place. This is not the 70z guys..no checking if we were vaccinated or not no sanitazation on entrance or at any point for that matter. I know they would be happy if I don’t set foot there again coz black ain’t welcome
