Our cashier, McKayla (if I remember correctly), had a disinterested and unfriendly attitude. When my drink was handed to the wrong person, McKayla seemed upset as if we were at fault. The person who accidentally drank my drink apologized, even though it wasn't her fault, while McKayla did not. She then made a remark about needing her job.
