Employees are rude. i know we?re all short staffed, but still be nice to your customers. ?what?s your order? ?k come up? . then didn?t even hand me the right iced coffee i even asked the guy nicely if it had mocha in it ?yeah yeah for sure? let?s say it didn?t and tasted like water. disappointed literally dumped it out went to starbucks where they actually appreciate their customers .

I ordered coconut milk iced cap and I was at the speaker. I was using the app and there was a sign up that said the grill was broken. So I had to change my order. She was very pushy, (heavy white girl short black hair). Once I changed my app order I pulled forward. No one was waiting behind me. A young boy with sandy brown hair asked if my order was the coconut milk iced cap and I said yes. The rude girl gave me a 2% milk iced cap and rudely handed it off. I looked at the drink and it didn't look or taste right. I didnt feel like arguing. So, I took the drink to Colvin Blvd. Location and they swapped out my drink free of charge. Nice apologetic crew. The app order number was, 9534 at 1:25pm.

Usually enjoy our coffee at Timmys ... However today, the lid was not put on tightly and the iced caramel latte was handed out the takeout window and spilled onto clothing ... What a mess. Ruined the experience. Wasn't particularly busy at the time we ordered so what was the rush? With fast food employees making approximately $16.00 an hour you'd think they would be more careful. Glad it wasn't steaming hot coffee that spilled all over.

Your average coffee shop. Open earlier then other locations in the area. The drive though attendant was pleasant and got us our order very quickly. ~Would return.

Ordered a turkey club sandwich and bread was really hard and over toasted that you could smell burnt toast at the drive-thru window. I didn't think it was my sandwich. I just thought they burnt something until I got home and looked at my sandwich. The girls there knew they handed me a burnt/hard sandwich and felt it was ok to serve that. Just gross.
