Taco Bell - Buffalo

Do not come here. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Everything I ordered was burnt. They are destroying the reputation of Taco Bell with their poor quality food. I will never return.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It took them 45 minutes to complete a simple order, and I had to return it multiple times because it was wrong. The workers seemed uninterested and did not hurry to correct the mistakes or pay attention to detail.

Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing as we did not receive one of the tacos we ordered or our drinks. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone at the counter finally acknowledged us and got our drinks, despite it being clear that we were waiting. The service was very poor.

I'll never go here again! I ordered on the app that it would be fast and I can go there and pick up. but no! Not only did I have to wait 5 minutes to even be recognized, but it took another 20 minutes (I had no great order.) to make the thing even worse, the order was wrong, but not the feeling of spending another 25-30 minutes to wait for them to fix it. but as my son and I eat, he said it didn't taste right. I tried and he was right that something was funny. immediately after that we are both sick. Since then, he threw himself on the one and even had left the school for it.

Terrible food, terrible service. No straws, no napkins. Bathroom was filthy and filled with pot smoke after a worker used it. My mobile order took 15 minutes... actually it was 15 before anyone even asked me if I needed something. The order was not on the mobile rack, it was sitting on a kitchen counter. So my food was not hot. Every single Taco Bell in WNY IS TERRIBLE. Spend your money elsewhere.
