Southern Junction - Buffalo

Hats off to Ryan. Southern Junction has brought Texas BBQ to Buffalo. My current favorite are the ribs. I have to give a shout out to the brisket.

Visiting from Austin TX was super exiting to try and they did not disappoint. The flavors are familiar but different and would compete with any place that I have experienced in Texas. The few things I have loved about Buffalo are the Bills the local beer and Southern Junction BBQ. Look forward to come back on our next visit to Buffalo!!!

Honestly the food was delicious. Wasn't a fan of the sausage, but everything else was fabulous. Fed the wife and I for 2 days. Sauce was great. Mac and cheese good, beans solid, but should include cornbread in the platters. We had to make our own.

Items like the smoked tikka chicken make this one of the most unique food destinations in buffalo, no one is doing what they're doing by combining different techniques.

I absolutely love this place. My favorite is the brisket my weekly special treat.
