Red Lobster - Buffalo

The food was well-prepared and served hot with great attentive service from all the staff. I have only dined at this restaurant twice, but this experience was the most memorable.

We dined at Red Lobster, where we were greeted by a friendly, attentive waiter who took our drink orders and allowed us time to peruse the menu. We enjoyed some warm biscuits while we waited for our appetizers and salads, which arrived promptly. Our main courses were served soon after, and our waiter, Nick, checked on us regularly throughout the meal. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable dining experience. We will definitely be returning soon!

We ate here on Monday, 11th juli. that was one of our worst culinary experiences. they were very close. we had 6pm priority seats for 5 and they had to scramble, although the restaurant was quite empty. we ordered lobsters fixed for two of us and other entrees for 3 others. we got our drinks, then our escapes. we had to ask what happened to our appetizers, salads and suppe. we received our limp Caesar salads halfway through our dinner and appetizer and suppe after our meal. fischroge without pommes that were delivered later. there was literally no place on the table for the teller. it was a real one. eat definitiw under average. very disappointing experience for my birthday.

This review has nothing to do with the food, since we didn't even get to sit down, this review has to do with service, on a Sunday evening approximately 7 pm. We were a party of 6 celebrating my sons birthday and were basically told they couldn't find a server that wanted a party of 6. WHAT??? As we waited at the deserted hostess station, I wondered where everyone was, then 3 or so minutes later 5 people emerged from behind the bar... we told them 6 people and there ensued a conversation about where to seat us in a non busy restaurant. Give to this server, no give it to this other server, oh she won't want a table of 6 , then a server appeared and said NO she won't take a table of six... I was appalled to say the least, and stated to my son are they serious? This is ridiculous! The hostess then just walked away with everyone else that was around, I was ready to leave and my son said hold on one minute. The hostess came back and said it will be a few minutes while they figure out what to do. We finally said forget it, apparently you don't need or want the business, we'll go somewhere else. We left as they watched us walk out the door. The youngest in our party is 13, not small children, won't be back to that location. Since closing time is 10pm it should never have been an issue. Excellent food. The steak was cooked better than a steak house, with fresh hot biscuits and lobster tails. Lots of menu options for mix and match of foods too!
