Panorama On Seven - Buffalo

The food and service were exceptional. I found the portions to be more satisfying compared to most upscale restaurants, making it a great value for the money. Our waitress was excellent and very personable.

At 6 PM, we asked the server if we could at least get our soup and salad, as we had been waiting for about an hour, while other tables seated after us had already received their meals. The server brought out our soup and salad, and then about 10 minutes later, he delivered our entrée, which was a bone-in pork chop. While it looked great, it was disappointing. The carrots and corn were cold, and when we sliced into the pork, it was completely undercooked and red inside. We couldn't eat it and sent it back, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to wait for another dish to be prepared.

I visited last night between two Trans-Siberian Orchestra shows, and I must say, the staff at Panorama were incredibly welcoming and courteous. Our meals were served promptly and were absolutely delicious. My friends, who had never dined there before, were thoroughly impressed. I give the entire team at Panorama—both the employees and chefs—the highest praise. They did a fantastic job and truly added the perfect touch to our wonderful day.

Awesome food!! And for a fair price. I had the best salmon I’ve ever had in my entire life when I visited. Excellent!

We had a 5:30pm reservation for pre-game dinner prior to the Sabres game. We arrived on time and the entire restaurant was full and unable to seat us until 45 minutes after our reservation. We didn’t stay. That’s the first bad experience we’ve had here and we’ve eaten here frequently. I’ll chalk it up to one bad night.
