Great food, fantastic friendly staff. Was hard to find parking but so worth it

You know I really thought the pizza was going to be better. I looked at that old sign out front and was like these guys must know how to make a great pizza. I rated it at three stars.

Will not ever patronize their business again food is good but when they mess up your order they don't want to rectify the problem the guy was actually telling me I was wrong and the proof was on the receipt I can see it and he could too. Restaurants have to be mindful of their order food cost to much for mistakes

The non-profit I work for orders from Chuck's frequently, and they are amazing! The youth we buy the pizza for LOVE the pizza and the wings (Medium BBQ)!The pizza is always fresh at the time of pick-up/drop-off if we get delivery, and the customer service is top tier! If you are looking for a local spot to order sheet pizza(s) or pizza and wings, this is the spot to go!Their location is also perfect for any individuals or businesses located in Downtown Buffalo! They accept tax exempt forms and take payment over the phone, making the entire experience simple, and run so smoothly! Highly recommend!

Small place with great wings. The people are awesome. Flat wing George and no drums Anne suggested it when visited from Indy. Will be back.
