Ordered 2 hot dogs and 2 orders of fries, the fries were soggy and drenched in oil, they were horrible, the hot dog was charred which is good but it tasted like it was cooked on a grill that hasn’t been cleaned in yearsFood: 1/5

The service was a very slow, the staff did apologize, but it appeared to be an output issue not a demand or backlog issue. The taste and appearance was exactly as expected and the restaurant was clean. Location is an independent franchise and pricing was different/higher than other locations.Food: 5/5

Although I’ve patronized this establishment many times, I’ve recently changed jobs and Louie’s has become one of my go to spots for lunch which speaks volumes considering Elmwood is a wealth of great food. Who I believe to be the owner, is always there which is pivotal in running a great business. Good management is also evident in the pleasant staff who seem to be happy to work there. Awesome and affordable food. Very consistent!!!

If I could, I'd give them a negative rating... However... Here we are. Just don't go here, all terrible, if you actually get what you ordered... Ya won't get it tho... The end.
