Jet's Pizza - Buffalo

This is more of a review than an evaluation of jets pizza on delaware ave in buffalo ny. this, however, is an experience that I think should be aware of any potential customer. I will submit a formal complaint to the erie county dept of health both about ethic and health violations. I've been a fan and customer of jets pizza, I think it has the best detroit style pizza in the opposite and order of jets pizza about 3-4 times a month. my experience yesterday, 8th October 2022 asks not only the quality of the food I received, but the ethics of the coworkers at jets pizza. I have an order by text for the following. 1 large eugenic supreme deep food, 1 large peperoni and double cheese deep dish and 1 zimt brot. this was around 7 o'clock with a pick-up time of 715 o'clock. I arrived at 715 clock and was told that they wait for my peperoni pizza to cook and the eugenic supreme and cina brot was ready. because in waiting for the peperoni pizza to cook, another customer comes in picking his order, the female worker gives him his pizza and the customer leaves. about 1 minute later, you can hear the employees laughing in the cooking area and the female worker goes to the parking lot, which looks around after a few minutes. She comes back and tells the other person I couldn't find him. obviously the wrong order must have given him. so I keep waiting for my peperoni pizza so I can take my order. about 5-7 minutes later, this same customer comes back and tells the female hired that he got the wrong pizza, as he knew it was different. then she took the wrong pizza from him and gave him the right to his order. I saw her the wrong pizza on the table. then a few minutes later my peperoni pizza was finished and I saw about the counter to the female workers look around first, and then the pizza that was wronged to the other customer about 10 minutes ago, and back to her, she then slipped under my peperoni pizza and cina brot and tried to give this pizza to me as nothing happened. not only is this a clear violation of the dept of health, but also a violation of employee standards and ethics. How does this employee know what might have been superior to this eugenic, while in the procession f the other customer and also that it was made before over 20 minutes in this time? then she laughed, apologised quickly and said she would bring another eugen for me to the highest. in the meantime sat my peperoni pizza and cina brot on a heat shelf. 24 minutes later, the new eugenic supreme was completed and the other employee takes the rest of the order from the heat shelf and gives me my complete order. I immediately open the Cina-Brot and the Peperoni pizza, and both were nowhere near fresh and were cold to touch. So instead of all the order to know that there are 20 minutes to cook for a pizza, they give me cold pizza and brot, and a newly boiled pizza. I have said that I would not pay for cold eating and I would only pay for the eugent highest, as I would not wait another 20-30 minutes to do a new job. the male worker explained that he could not refund any of my purchase prices, as it was a “paid by text” order, and my only option was to take the cold peperoni pizza and brot or wait until another whole order is completed. at this point my frustration stage was exhausted and it was already 8pm, I had was wasted on this site over an hour of my time. I was not only forced to accept food that was substandards, but also tried to get food that could possibly have been harmful for me and my family, as it was given to another customer, back to jets pizza, and then tried to be given fresh for me. I hope a company like jets pizza knows that a food item cannot be returned after crossing the counter and processed to another customer.

Her deep plate pizza is really good; and that says a lot, because there is a steep competition for pizza lovers here in buffalo. I often drove from jet’s to delaware ave and finally stopped tonight after reading the positive reviews on yelp. Moreover, they get 20% from the menu price when they write in their order instead of entering it, this was very easy to do! the pizza was ready in 15 minutes, as promised. the inner was small, and it was very dark around its peculiarity behind entrance from the parking lot after darkness. the personal was friendly and accommodating. the 4 corners deep dish cp pizza is exactly as pictured, and it smells fantastic! I got the small size, it was so filling that I couldn't eat it fast enough; I could eat more than 1/2 of them at once. this is not their typical buffalo style pizza. the crust is thick. the pfefferoni is flat, not cranked. for me it was more cheesy than saucy not salty. there is a lot of variety to try, I will definitely go back. on her box is jet’s pizza: better because it must be! that's true!

Jet’s has become my way to pizza. I don't have to wait, and it tastes fresh. thank you.

Good pizza, if you have a 4 or 8 eck deep dish always in ca. 20 minutes ready to order. normally no line or super long wait workers are also friendly end and fast when ordering.

Expensive but worth it. Had four corners cheese and pepperoni with Turbo crust very delicious Rich pepperonis and sausage cheese buttery crust sauce everything was OnPoint I would definitely recommend any and everyone come but be prepared to spend premium money. so filling you will need to have a companion to help you eat all four corners they also have boneless and regular wings worth the expense truly an experience they also cut regular slices or the square I would recommend giving them a try if you want some of the best tasting
