Conlon's And Grill - Buffalo

I was introduced to Conlon's a couple years ago by a good friend of mine. It's truly a hidden gem in the middle of South Buffalo. When you first walk in, the bar area is very small, but that is the charm of the place. It's cozy, and not big enough to develop large crowds. It's a place to enjoy a pint or two with friendly people in a friendly environment. The food is top notch quality food. I've had many entrees off the menu there and Conlon's never disappoints. The Reuben is one of the best Reubens I have ever had in my life. I also highly recommend the pot roast served with jalapeño cornbread. The food stays consistent with quality because the owner is there preparing it every night the pub is open. His culinary skills truly shine. The man works hard to make sure his pub always has a consistent dining experience. I have moved to Phoenix recently and when I come home to Buffalo I always try to make sure Conlon's is a stop while I'm home.

Best food in South Buffalo, the house sauces can't be beat(BBQ especially). Conlons also has the best staff as well. Good place to bring your kids, and my favorite place to watch sabres games. They usually do cheap mini pitchers during games.

Great food...Steve, our server was fantastic...friendly and on top of his game even though it was very busy...homemade chips are awesome. Hubby loves the beer selection. Try it, you won't be sorry. Happy 7th anniversary!

Had the ribs , St. Louis style moist meaty and plenty of them with jalopeno corn bread , mac n cheese and fried okra , every thing was delish and moderately priced , also tried founders raspberry ale yum . Service was great had Steven as a server , met the owners Dan and Emily , made me feel at home .
