The Port Of Peri Peri - Buffalo Grove

I am a delivery driver, and this restaurant takes an unusually long time to prepare orders. I often have to wait half an hour for just one order, which affects my delivery times and ultimately my work rating. I sometimes find myself needing to refuse an order, which also impacts my performance. Interestingly, there are usually no customers in the restaurant during these waiting times.

The food was amazing! I really enjoyed it. I ordered the whole chicken with half hot sauce and half lemon and herbs. Food: 5/5

My son insisted I try the chicken pita sandwich, so I went ahead and did. It was likely the best chicken pita sandwich I've ever had, and the pita was incredibly fresh. However, I felt that the portion size didn’t quite justify the $14+ price tag. The peri fries were also tasty, although the other sides I've had in the past didn't impress me much. I'll definitely return for that sandwich! Food: 5/5

I highly recommend this place if you love some slappin' Peri Peri Chicken!!! It is sooooo good!!! I can't handle their Cajun flavor since it's too hot for my palate! However, their lemon herb and the peri chips are spot on!!! And the portions is a lot! Don't forget to ask for the Garlic Dressing!!! ?? 10/10Food: 5/5

Great service and the burger sandwich with medium sauce chicken was just right! I didn't feel it was heavy at all which speaks to the quality of their food. Also, the regular fries with their home seasoning FINGER LICKING GOOOD!
